The community is invited to a public briefing addressing the City of Arcadia’s proposed zoning code update.
The meeting will be Wednesday, July 20, at 6 p.m. in the City of Arcadia Council chambers: 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia.
The updated zoning code represents a comprehensive overhaul. It offers “a new format and organization that is intended to be more user friendly for the public, decision makers, business owners, developers and staff,” city staffers say.
“The regulations have been substantially reorganized to facilitate ease of use, including the addition of graphics and illustrations, comprehensive definitions, rules of interpretation, and establishment of a redefined and intuitive overall structure.”
