Get those costumes ready: Downtown Arcadia has set its Halloween Harvest Festival for Saturday, Oct. 27.
The festival includes a pumpkin patch, Halloween stories with Santa, a magic show with Stephen Wood, and free Mister Fun balloons and face painting for the kids. Big bubbles and chalk art fun.
And of course trick or treating for the little goblins and a costume parade.
The annual fall event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at First Avenue (Huntington to California).
The Halloween Harvest Festival has set two giveaways:
- Three bikes to participants in the costume parade. Each parade participant will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a bicycle in three age categories (up to age 18).
- The Big Give-Away includes a room for eight at the new Escape Room; a one-night stay at Embassy Suites; a “See Jack Play” special party package basket valued at more than $585; a Matt Denny’s gift card; a Mt. Lowe’s gift basket; an Outback Steakhouse gift certificate; a “special surprise” from the L.A. County Arboretum; and sports tickets from Remax. Enter to win (you must be present).
Vendor booths are still available for the annual fall event, which runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at First Avenue (Huntington to California). The cost for booths is $150. Apply here for a vendor booth.
